1. Service Description

Kitchen Remodeling Network operates as a free referral platform that connects homeowners seeking kitchen remodeling services with independent, third-party contractors in their local area. Our role is limited to facilitating introductions between homeowners and contractors.

We do NOT:

• Hold contractor licenses or perform any contracting work
• Employ, supervise, or control any contractors in our network
• Guarantee the quality, timeliness, or legality of any contractor's work
• Provide warranties or guarantees for any services performed by contractors
• Assume liability for any work performed by contractors
• Verify contractor credentials beyond basic screening (you must verify independently)

2. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting requests
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into contracts
• Independently verify contractor licenses, insurance, and references before hiring
• Negotiate all terms, pricing, and contracts directly with contractors
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
• Accept that all contractor relationships are between you and the contractor only

3. Contractor Relationships

All contractors in our network are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents, or representatives. Each contractor is solely responsible for:

• Maintaining proper licenses, permits, and insurance
• The quality and legality of their work
• Compliance with building codes and regulations
• Their own business practices, pricing, and customer service
• Any warranties or guarantees they provide
• Resolving disputes with customers

4. No Endorsement or Recommendation

We do not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any contractor in our network. The fact that a contractor is in our network does not constitute a recommendation. You must conduct your own due diligence, including verifying licenses, checking references, and reviewing contracts before hiring any contractor.

5. Consent to Contact

By submitting your information through our website, you expressly consent to be contacted by us and/or contractors in our network via telephone (including mobile phone), email, or text message regarding kitchen remodeling services. This consent applies even if your number is on a Do Not Call list, as well as by third-party partners and contractors to whom you are redirected through our referral service.

6. Fees and Compensation

Our referral service is free for homeowners. We may receive compensation from contractors for successful referrals. This compensation does not affect the prices contractors charge you. All pricing, payment terms, and contracts are negotiated directly between you and the contractor.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KITCHEN REMODELING NETWORK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

• Your use of our referral service
• Any contractor's work, conduct, or failure to perform
• Disputes between you and any contractor
• Property damage, personal injury, or financial loss related to contractor services
• Contractor fraud, negligence, or misconduct
• Delays, defects, or code violations in contractor work

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that contractors will meet your expectations.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kitchen Remodeling Network, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of our service or your relationship with any contractor.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between you and a contractor must be resolved directly with that contractor. We are not a party to any agreements between you and contractors and cannot resolve disputes on your behalf.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Kitchen Remodeling Network and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
